About Ruby Residency
Flanked by reserved forests on one side and the bustling Chaudi market on another, Ruby Residency Apartments provides the perfect balance of harmony and convenience. This wholesome residential colony is located minutes away from the pristine beaches of Palolem, Patnem and Galgibaga.
Spread across 5.5 acres, Ruby Residency currently houses 190 apartments and 14 townhouses along with a wide variety of modern facilities. It is equipped with a swimming pool, gymnasium, steam room, badminton court, yoga studio and a lawn with a children’s play area; for residents of all ages to recharge, relax and rejuvenate.
Ruby Residency has adopted many sustainable initiatives including the successful adoption of solar powered lights across all common areas and a state-of-the-art sewage treatment plant with recycled water for flushing. All lifts have generator backup and the gated society provides 24-hour security with CCTV cameras.
All apartments and townhouses in Ruby Residency come pre-installed with Jaguar fittings and some were developed as fully furnished units with structural elements of interior design, bespoke furniture, branded appliances and superior quality furnishings. Ruby Residency is being completed in phases and a second swimming pool is slated for launch in 2025.
About The Ruby Care Foundation
The Ruby Care Foundation sprang into action in the aftermath of a tragic accident in early 2014. In response, it launched a wide array of initiatives aimed at assisting and mitigating the disruptive effects faced by residents. This included providing financial assistance to those injured or affected by the disaster. The foundation also covered all costs related to rebuilding the damaged tower and homes, enabling residents to return to their properties and resume their lives in their own homes.
The Ruby Care Foundation fulfilled its core mission of resettling the affected families by mid-2023. Today, it focuses on enriching the lives of the community by organizing events such as donation drives, workshops, and engagement programs for the residents of Ruby Residency Apartments.
